All Clubs will be rostered for bin and canteen duty during the winter and spring seasons.  Clubs who opt to pay the canteen levy at time of registrations will not be rostered onto canteen duty.  Latest rosters can be downloaded from the buttons on the right hand side of this page.


Clubs are to ensure that all their teams are notified of the date(s) of when their club are rostered on.

  • Arrive at 8:30 am to perform the tasks

  • Collect bins from behind the pavilion

  • Tape black bags into the bins (if not already done)

  • Distribute bins around the netball complex (ensure there is a bin near the canteen area)

  • There will be a LYVNA Committee member available to assist


  • Be available straight after the last game time slot

  • Pick up any rubbish scattered on the ground

  • Collect bins from around the netball complex and take to the rear of the pavilion

  • Combine rubbish bags so that the bins are full

  • Place empty bins at the rear of the enclosure

  • Place full bins at the front of the enclosure

  • Place black bags into the empty bins

  • There will be a LYVNA Committee member available to assist

  • Operates from first game time slot until last game time slot

  • 3 helpers required up until 2:00 pm

  • 2 helpers required after 2:00 pm

  • All helpers must be age 16 or older

  • All helpers 18 and over must have a valid Working With Children Check
