CLUB DUTIES

All Clubs will be rostered on for club court duty during the winter and spring seasons to assist the LYVNA Committee with opening and closing at Saturday game days. Every club, regardless of size, will be assigned duties.

Duties include tasks such as placing out, bringing in, and emptying bins including all bin liners, goal post padding, canteen and umpire bollards, lost property, signs, and rubbish pick-up around the courts.

A full list of duties will be available at the office window on the day of your duty.  Clubs should arrive by 8:15 am for morning duty and by 4:10 pm for afternoon duty.  We recommend a minimum of 7 people to help on your allocated day, and it should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.  A LYVNA Committee member will be available to guide you through the list of duties.

If your club is unable to fulfill the roster on your scheduled day, please contact other clubs directly to arrange a swap and let us know of the change.
